Evangelion came as a deep emotional shock to me 10 years ago. I felt inspiration in my mind after seeing it. From that time on, it is my favorite animation.
One day, my classmate saw it. I knew that he saw it many times. He said to me "Do you want to see it? I can show you it." I remember my answer "Animation is just animation." Eventually, my answer was wrong.
He gave the movie files to me. I kept it in my computer. After my midterm, I sat around in my room. Suddenly I thought the files and saw it. Wow...... I cann't break the play of movies. Through a day and night, I kept to see it.
It has insight about self-consciousness. Main characters suffer pains because of reason for being. Unkindly producer didn't give a specific answer. I like this problem that characters try to solve. It stimulate me to get insight about me.
